Family is everything.

Meet the Hall family- Stephanie, Aaron, Nicole, and Angie. We had a great time photographing them at the Dallas Arboretum for their family portrait session and we're looking forward to building a memorable 8x8 photo album which their bid won at this year's Saint Paul the Apostle Catholic School's Auction Heros and Villans Ball held on Saturday, March 21, 2015.

A tribute to my Dad for Father's Day.

Thinking of my own father on Father's Day makes me appreciate what he has done for me and my five sisters. I have so much love and respect for him and look forward to seeing him next month. I plan on taking tons of photos of him. Read more about my dad.

The hula tradition still lives in my family

I'm so proud of my Hawaiian heritage. Since I was a young boy, my sisters all danced hula - some of them took classes when they were younger to teach them discipline while others pursued it as a career or serious hobby. Every year the Merrie Monarch Hula Festival is held in Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii. Back in the early to mid 1980's, my sister, Leila, performed in this prestigious festival.

Holiday Hanukkah photos for the Quittner pets.

I had the opportunity to photograph a family that boards their dogs at High-Stone Pet Lodge, a local pet lodge that I take my dog, Akamai, to when we go out of town or for Friday doggie daycare socializing. I met Claudia Quittner, through the owner of High-Stone when I photographed the dogs at the lodge's annual Christmas party. Read More
